PRIVATE YOGA

Yoga increases strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. Regular practice reduces stress, providing a sense of focus, peace and well being throughout the body.

You will be guided at your own pace, honoring your body's needs with personalized routines that link your body’s alignment and coordination of breath while moving in and out of postures.

Your first 90-minute session includes an appraisal of your posture, strength, and flexibility assessing the unique way your body has adapted to life.
